MONDAY 11th March.....phone pings and I receive my no to IVote..... set it up before I left...and voila I vote on line......I should be away every time I need to vote.....saves having all those pamphlets pushed in your face! Buck takes Don out again as they are off tomorrow....no rest for the wicked as they come back with 27 crabs and a lonesome squid.....off over to clean them!
TUESDAY 12 th March...,,too windy to go out so Buck does some running repairs and puts on a new Anderson plug on the car and the van...I’m very impressed...the old ones were plastic are falling to bits so he upgraded to gal! Yep they are working!
WEDNESDAY 13th March......off we go out into the bay....no crabs today as we are chasing that lonesome squids relatives !

squid ....Bucks catch!

You bring the squid along side the boat and move it back and forth so it squirts it’s ink out and then bring it on board....we’ve learnt that otherwise you get covered in black ink! Buck then puts it into a mesh bag and drags it behind the boat and it cleans the squid....it’s head is used for bait!
